Tranche B1 definition
Tranche B1 means the financing provided to the Issuer by the Purchasers under their Tranche B1 Commitments.
Tranche B1 means the portion of Facility B denominated in euro as described in paragraph (b)(i) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).
