Tranche A Payment means the Baht Discounted Amount of a Baht denominated ▇▇▇▇ of Exchange that has been accepted by a Thai Offtaker, advanced in accordance with Article III.

Examples of Tranche A Payment in a sentence

  • On each Payment Date in respect of the Tranche A Advances and the Tranche B Advances, the Borrowers shall pay to Lender, the Minimum Tranche A Payment Amount and the Minimum Tranche B Payment Amount, as applicable, for such Payment Date.

  • A Tranche A Payment Election shall be valid only if delivered to the Company by the end of the calendar year preceding the year which is the subject of the Tranche A Payment Election.

  • Any Tranche A Payment Election shall remain in effect until revoked, provided that the Tranche A Payment Election cannot be revoked (x) for the year immediately following the year in which delivered and (y) during any subsequent year if notice of revocation is not delivered to the Company during the preceding year.

  • The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that Employee validly elected prior to January 1, 1999 to receive interest payments on the Account (as such term was defined in the Employment Agreement prior to the effectiveness of this Amendment) for calendar year 1999 and will treat such election as a Tranche A Payment Election and a Tranche B Payment Election for calendar year 1999.

  • Tranche A: 40 quarterly installments, plus the Balloon Installment, according to the Tranche A Payment Schedule, starting in the third month computed from the Closing Date.

  • Any Equipment Advances that are outstanding under Tranche A on the Tranche A Advance Date shall be payable in 36 equal monthly installments of principal, plus all accrued interest, beginning on the Tranche A Payment Commencement Date, and continuing on the same day of each month thereafter through the Tranche A Maturity Date, at which time all amounts due in connection with the Tranche A Equipment Advance made under this Section 2.1(c) shall be immediately due and payable.
