Tranche A Assignment means an assignment of all or a portion of a Tranche A Lender’s rights and obligations under Schedule “P” in accordance with Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Schedule “P”;

  • Tranche A Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).
