Tranche A-2 Note definition

Tranche A-2 Note means a non-negotiable promissory note (▇▇▇▇▇▇ no negociable) made by AgileThought Mexico, as issuer, and each other Mexican Loan Party, por aval, in favor of a Tranche A-2 Lender evidencing Tranche A-2 Loans made by such Tranche A-2 Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit E.
Tranche A-2 Note means a promissory note of the Borrower (p▇▇▇▇▇) guaranteed (por aval) by the Subsidiary Guarantors payable to the order of any Tranche A-2 Bank, in substantially the form of Exhibit A-2, evidencing the aggregate indebtedness of the Borrower to such Tranche A-2 Bank resulting from the Tranche A-2 Loan made by such Tranche A-2 Bank or acquired by such Tranche A-2 Bank from another Lender pursuant to Section 8.07.
Tranche A-2 Note or “Tranche A-2 Notes” means the promissory notes, if any, of the Borrower in favor of each Tranche A-2 Lender provided pursuant to Section 2.5(f) or Section 2.6(b) and evidencing the Tranche A-2 Loans of such Tranche A-2 Lender, individually or collectively, as appropriate, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, restated, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.
