Tranche 3 Notes means the floating rate notes due 2026 in an aggregate principal amount of $9,200,000 issued by the Issuer on the Tranche 3 Issue Date which shall be consolidated and form a single series with the Tranche 1 Notes on the last day of the first Interest Period in respect of the Tranche 3 Notes.

Tranche 3 Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower executed and delivered under Section 2.04(c) hereof, any promissory notes issued in substitution therefor pursuant to Sections 2.15(b) or 9.14(c) hereof, together with all extensions, renewals, refinancings or refundings thereof in whole or part; "Tranche 3 Note" shall mean any one of them.
