Related to Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Environmental Laws means any and all Federal, state, local, and foreign statutes, laws, regulations, ordinances, rules, judgments, orders, decrees, permits, concessions, grants, franchises, licenses, agreements or governmental restrictions relating to pollution and the protection of the environment or the release of any materials into the environment, including but not limited to those related to hazardous substances or wastes, air emissions and discharges to waste or public systems.

  • The Procuring Entity means the organization purchasing the Goods, as named in the SCC.

  • Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.

  • Seller has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Subcontractor means any individual or entity (including a subcontractor of a subcontractor) that enters a contract with the Contractor to perform part or all of the obligations of Contractor under this Contract.
