Training & Infrastructure Support definition
Training & Infrastructure Support means training of students on use of laptop, Linux OS, Libre Office and other software to be preloaded in the laptop and arranging adequate infrastructure for installation, distribution of laptop and training. at the designated distribution centers. The infrastructure will include among other things adequate no. of power supply points (in sufficient number so as to enable streamlined installation of several Laptops together so as to complete the installation process for every end user within the specified dates for installation at that centre), quality earthing not greater than 3 volts, adequate lights & fans, tables & chairs in the distribution hall, alternate power backup systems like generators. The terms installation support & Installation Infrastructure support are to be read in conjunction.
