Training Expenses definition

Training Expenses means the overtime and out-of-pocket expenses (meals and mileage) incurred by Seller as a result of Buyer's training schedule prior to Closing.

Examples of Training Expenses in a sentence

  • Section 32.1. Travel, Conference and Training Expenses: Operators who are required and/or authorized to travel to and attend conferences or training events or other official City business are entitled to reimbursement for specific reasonable expenses.
