Training and Workshop definition
Training and Workshop includes workshops on Project activities, purchase of training materials, rental of training facilities, health insurance for travel abroad, per diem and travel costs.
Training and Workshop means the reasonable costs incurred by the Recipient for training under the Project and directly attributable to seminars, workshops and study tours, along with travel and subsistence allowances for training participants, course fees, services of trainers, rental of training facilities, preparation, acquisition, distribution and reproduction of training materials, and other activities directly related to course preparation and implementation.
Training and Workshop means training conducted in the territory of the Recipient and abroad, including purchase and publication of materials, rental of facilities, courses fees, and travel, accommodation and subsistence of trainees.

For corporate-sponsored Training and Workshop Services, MOXIE shall be entitled to and shall receive payment in full for all Services provided and all reimbursable expenses incurred through and including the Effective Date of cancellation and rescheduling.
The Coaching, Training, and Workshop Materials and Content provided by MOXIE through a MOXIE trainer, facilitator, or coach or any other MOXIE Training Content are intended for Client professional development purposes only.
More Definitions of Training and Workshop
Training and Workshop means reasonable expenditures, incurred by the Recipient, to finance rental of training facilities and equipment, travel, per diem and accommodation, tuition fees, printing of training materials and supplies; and (ii) “Operating Costs” means the costs incurred for the purposes of implementation of the Project including maintenance of vehicles and equipment, fuel, office supplies, utilities, expenditures for telephones and facsimiles, communication, consumables, bank charges, travel, per diems, accommodation, and salaries of selected support staff, but excluding salaries of consultants and salaries of officials of the Recipient’s civil servant.
Training and Workshop means the expenditures other than consultants’ services incurred to finance the reasonable cost of the following items related to the training and workshops to be provided under the Project: (i) transportation, accommodation and per diem of trainers and trainees, (ii) rent of training facilities; and (iii) preparation, acquisition, reproduction, translation and distribution of training materials.
