In such a situation the Train Operator shall provide the CVL IM with evidence, either that the Train-Bus- Train Pattern resulting from the CVL IM Restriction of Use is an arrangement that has been commonly used in the past by that Train Operator on the Services in question, or that it has arisen due to a change in circumstances.
Train Path means the infrastructure capacity needed to run a train between two places over a given period;
Dark pattern means a user interface designed or manipulated with the substantial effect of subverting or impairing user autonomy, decision- making, or choice and includes any practice the Federal Trade Commission refers to as a “dark pattern.”
In-Patient means a person admitted to a hospital as a resident or bed- patient and who is provided at least one day's room and board by the hospital.
Pattern means two or more acts occurring over a period of time, however short, evidencing a continuity of purpose.
