Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.
Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
