Train Delay definition
Train Delay has the meaning given in Section 1.2 [Definitions] of Schedule 7 [Performance Demonstration Requirements].
Train Delay has the meaning given in the Project Agreement.
Train Delay means:
(i) an individual revenue Train or multiple revenue Trains delay exceeding more than ten (10) minutes at any point on the Infrastructure;
(ii) cancellation of a revenue Train either at its original terminus or enroute;
(iii) rerouting of a revenue Train; or
(iv) a reduction in Train consist size.
