Trailer Commissions definition
Trailer Commissions means the ongoing trailer commission equal to 0.5% calculated on the Net Asset Value per Class A – Series A share and Net Asset Value per Class R – Series A share per year for each Fiscal Year that an investor's investment in Class A – Series A or Class R – Series A shares is maintained within the Fund.
