Traffic Jam Events means Traffic Jam Events, LLC; and any parent, wholly or partially owned subsidiaries, unincorporated divisions, joint ventures, operations under assumed names, and affiliates thereof, and all directors, officers, partners, members, employees, agents, consultants, franchisees, independent distributors, and any other person or entity working for or on behalf of the foregoing, including, but not limited to, David J.
