Traffic Control Supervisor definition

Traffic Control Supervisor means a person designated as such by the Primary Contractor, who has the requisite experience and training, in accordance with the requirements of the Workers’ Compensation Board, to perform the functions and duties set out in Part 4 [Traffic Management], including Article 1.6.4 [Traffic Control Supervisors].
Traffic Control Supervisor means a person appointed by Project Co in accordance with Section 8.4 [Traffic Control Supervisors] of Part 4 of Schedule 4.
Traffic Control Supervisor shall refer to Contractor’s employee who is qualified to ensure Contractor’s Flagging Crews properly implement the traffic control measures on the District-provided traffic control plans and ensures the measures are operating and documented at each project site. District does not require that Contractor’s Traffic Control Supervisor be full time on a given project site, but the Traffic Control Supervisor is responsible to be on the project site whenever traffic control labor is used or less frequently if authorized by District.
