Traffic Agent definition
Traffic Agent means a person employed by the City who has been appointed by the Toronto Police Services Board, as it relates to the Agreement, and approved by the Solicitor General, as a special constable in accordance with s. 53 of the Police Services Act, with powers and duties as set out in the appointment.
Traffic Agent means a person employed by the City of Toronto who has been appointed by the Toronto Police Services Board, and approved by the Minister, as a special constable in accordance with section 53 of the Police Services Act or the New Legislation upon its coming into force, with powers and duties as set out in the appointment and in the Agreement.
