Traffic Accidents. A Traveler who is in an accident involving a personal or rental vehicle while on business travel shall report it as soon as possible to the police department that has jurisdiction (state, county or local), the Traveler’s personal car insurance agent or rental car agency, and ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. Policy limits should not be disclosed, nor should any admissions be made concerning liability for the accident. Expenses incurred due to traffic or parking violations, forfeiture of his/her driver's license, and any related costs are the responsibility of the Traveler.
