TradingDay definition
TradingDay means a day on which the principal national securities exchange on which the Security is listed or admitted to trading is open for the transaction of business or, if the Security is not listed or admitted to trading on any national securities exchange, a Business Day. Subject to Section 11(d)(ii) hereof, if any Security is not publicly held or so listed or traded, the “current per share market price” of such Security shall mean the fair market value per share as determined in good faith by the Board of Directors or by an independent investment banking firm selected by the Board of Directors, whose determination shall be described in a statement filed with the Rights Agent and shall be binding on the Rights Agent.
TradingDay means any day on which the Ordinary Shares may be purchased and sold or quoted on the Principal Market.
TradingDay means a day on which the recognized stock exchanges are open for trading.
