Trading Space definition

Trading Space means the place within a casual trading area where the holder of a licence is authorised to engage in casual trading in accordance with Section 4 (1) (a) (ii) of the Act.

  • In such a case, the Participant shall not be entitled to compensation from the Organiser; any refund of the overpayment resulting from the fact of assigning a different type of or smaller Trading Space than that originally assigned in the Confirmation of Application will take place within 7 days of the alteration.

  • Loading space means an off-street space or berth on the same lot or parcel with a building or use, or contiguous to a group of buildings or uses, for the temporary parking of a vehicle while loading or unloading persons, merchandise or materials, and which space or berth abuts on a street, alley or other appropriate means of access.
