Trading society definition
Trading society means a trading society which under and in accordance with section 10A of the Co-operation, Com- munity Settlement, and Credit Act, 1923, as amended by subsequent Acts, controls or operates any markets for the sale of fish.
Trading society means a trading society regis- tered under the Co-operation Act, 1923, the objects of which include, expressly or impliedly, the marketing of fish.
