Trading Server definition

Trading Server means the software server side of the Trading Platform, in addition to any platform trading facilitates including (but not limited to) web and mobile traders. The Trading Server is used to arrange for the execution of the Client’s Orders or instructions or requests, to provide trading information in real-time mode and historical information about trading activity of the Client (the content is defined by the Company), in consideration of the mutual liabilities between the Client and the Company.
Trading Server means the ICE Platform central processing system, being that part of the ICE Platform operated by or on behalf of the Exchange which facilitates the performance of the functions set out in the Trading Procedures including controlling, monitoring and recording trading by Members and concluding transactions between Members;
