Trading Portfolio definition

Trading Portfolio means a range of trading accounts held by a Client with the Company.
Trading Portfolio means a trading book pursuant to Article 4(1)(86) of the Regulation;

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement and any other investment restrictions or guidelines that may from time to time be communicated in writing to the Manager by the Company or by the Company’s authorized agent, the Manager shall have full discretion and authority, without obtaining the Company’s prior approval, to manage the investment and trading of the Trading Portfolio.
