  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement and any other investment restrictions or guidelines that may from time to time be communicated in writing to the Manager by the Company or by the Company’s authorized agent, the Manager shall have full discretion and authority, without obtaining the Company’s prior approval, to manage the investment and trading of the Trading Portfolio.

  • The Assets constituting the Trading Portfolio, the Illiquid Portfolio, and the Cash Portfolio shall be held in one or more accounts established in the name of the Company from time to time with such custodians, prime brokers, clearing agents, or other financial institutions as may be selected by the Company (the “Custodians”).
