Trading Manager means any entity acting in its capacity as a commodity trading advisor to the Partnership, and any substitute therefor as provided herein.

• The Trading Manager agrees not to override any such instructions for the reasons specified in clauses (ii) or (iii) of the preceding sentence unless the Trading Advisor fails to comply with a request of the Trading Manager to make the necessary amount of funds available to the Trading Company within two trading days of such request.
