Trading Hut definition

Trading Hut means any building/s upon the Property in which are stored horticultural supplies and other agricultural aids for sale by the Tenant solely to its Members or which is used for the ancillary purposes of the Tenant relating to allotments which shall include use as offices, meetings, providing refreshments and other ancillary purposes of a like nature

Examples of Trading Hut in a sentence

  • All fires must also be a reasonable and safe distance away from any structure, including but not limited to other tenants’ sheds and greenhouses, and the Association’s Trading Hut.
