• Omega ATS and or Lynx ATS Trading Data (OSI data, data) comprises all publicly available pre-trade order data and post-trade transaction data generated by trading activity on Omega or Lynx ATS.

• Hours Trading Data and Statistics " (hereinafter referred to as the "License") means the certifying documents issued by Party A to Party B, authorizing Party B to distribute After-Hours Trading Data and Statistics within a limited scope and term, and in certain ways.

Trading Data has the meaning stipulated in Provision 2(a).
