Trading Assets definition

Trading Assets means all securities owned as of the Issue Date or acquired thereafter by the Company or any wholly-owned Restricted Subsidiary thereof that do not constitute Collateral and that the Company from time to time deems to constitute part of the Company's "trading portfolio."
Trading Assets means the sum of (i) seventy-five percent (75%) of net accounts receivable, plus (ii) fifty percent (50%) of inventory, plus (iii) 60% of outstanding Commercial Letters of Credit, all as of the date of determination.

Trading Assets means the Transferred Contracts and the other assets listed on Schedule 1.1(b) hereto.
Trading Assets means (i) all accounts, chattel paper, instruments, documents and general intangibles of any Credit Party and all other obligations of any kind owed to any Credit party, whether long-term or short-term, now or hereafter existing, to the extent arising out of or resulting from the sale or lease of inventory or the rendition of services by such Credit Party, and all rights now or hereafter existing in and to all security agreements, guarantees, letters of credit and other contracts securing, guaranteeing or otherwise relating to any such accounts, chattel paper, instruments, documents, general intangibles or other obligations, (ii) all inventory of any Credit Party and (iii) all proceeds of any the foregoing. As used in this definition of "Trading Assets", the terms "accounts", "inventory", "chattel paper", "instruments", "documents", "general intangibles" and "proceeds" shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Uniform Commercial Code in effect in the State of North Carolina on the Closing Date.
Trading Assets means all of the assets of TXU Electric relating to the wholesale buying and selling of electricity, including, without limitation, the personal property, contract rights and other assets conveyed to any member of the Trading Group pursuant to the Trading Separation Documents (including any such assets that may be further conveyed to any member of the Trading Group after the Separation Date pursuant to Section 6.2(a) hereof), all of the assets of TUFCO used in connection with the wholesale buying and selling of natural gas that has been (or may be) conveyed to Trading prior to or after the Separation Date, and any asset that may be acquired by any member of the Trading Group after the Separation Date. For purposes of this definition, any asset that relates to the Trading Business, but was inadvertently transferred to a member of a Group other than the Trading Group, shall be and become part of the "Trading Assets" for all purposes on the Separation Date.
Trading Assets means and includes all of the Cash, deposits in banks, investments, instruments, securities (including, without limitation, capital stock of the Companies (other than Maritrans), securities intangibles, financial and similar assets, accounts receivable, general intangibles, payment intangibles, and similar assets of the Companies.

  • Underlying Assets With respect to a Loan, any property or other assets designated and pledged as collateral to secure repayment of such Loan, including, without limitation, to the extent provided for in the relevant Underlying Instruments, a pledge of the stock, membership or other ownership interests in the related Obligor and all Proceeds from any sale or other disposition of such property or other assets.

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

It is understood that the list is subject to change and Clients must refer each time on the Trading Platform.

  • Gross Assets means the total of fixed assets and current assets;

  • PIPE Investment has the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.

  • Related Business Assets means assets (other than cash or Cash Equivalents) used or useful in a Similar Business; provided that any assets received by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary in exchange for assets transferred by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary shall not be deemed to be Related Business Assets if they consist of securities of a Person, unless upon receipt of the securities of such Person, such Person would become a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Restricted Assets means all licenses, permits, franchises, approvals or other authorizations from any Governmental Authority from time to time granted to or otherwise held by the Company to the extent the same constitute “Excluded Assets” under (and as defined in) the Senior Lien Documents or the Junior Lien Documents or are similarly carved out from the granting clause or the collateral thereunder.
