Trader User definition

Trader User means a person, other than National Grid NTS (but subject to TPD Section V7) or a Shipper User, who is for the time being bound by the Shippers Framework Agreement to which National Grid NTS is a party for the purposes of submitting Trade Nominations in accordance with TPD Section C5 and not for the purpose of arranging for gas to be introduced into, conveying by means of or taken out of the Total System;
Trader User means an entity bound by the Shippers Framework Agreement (a signatory to the uniform network code) only for the submission of trade nominations, not for the purpose of arranging for gas to be introduced into, conveying by means of, or taken out of the total system.
Trader User means a person other than National Grid NTS (but subject to TPD Section V7) or a Shipper User who is for the time being bound by the Shippers Framework Agreement to which National Grid NTS is a party for the purposes of submitting undertaking all activities undertaken by a Shipper User (including the submission of Trade Nominations in accordance with TPD Section C5 but excluding (and not for the purpose of) arranging for gas to be introduced into, conveying by means of or taken out of National Grid’s Systems and any other activities in respect of which a Trader User is expressly prohibited in accordance with the Code the Total System;

  • Clearing Members must ensure that prior to any UK OCM Natural Gas Spot Contracts arising which are to be referable to a Transferor or Transferee, an appropriate Transferor/Transferee form is in place relating to such Transferor or Transferee and the relevant Transferor or Transferee is a User and where it is not a Trader User, hold a Gas Transporter's Licence or a Shipper Licence (as such terms are defined in the Network Code).
