Traded Price definition

Traded Price means either (i) on the Trade Date the price or level of the relevant Reference Underlier (multiplied by the relevant Multiplier in respect of Index or Index Basket CFD Transactions as appropriate) as requested by Party B and accepted by Party A prior to entering into the CFD Transaction, or (ii) on any Closing Date the price or level of the relevant Reference Underlier at which Party A unwinds or resets its Hedge Position (multiplied by the relevant Multiplier in respect of Index or Index Basket CFD Transactions as appropriate). The relevant Traded Price is inclusive of the applicable Market Maker Spread.
Traded Price means the price at which a transaction is carried out in a particular Security on the Exchange.
Traded Price means the price at which a transaction is executed in a particular Currency Futures contract on the Exchange.
