Tradeable Shares definition

Tradeable Shares means the Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares and the Down-MACRO Tradeable Shares.

Related to Tradeable Shares

  • Depositary Shares means Depositary Shares, each representing 1/1,000 of a share of Stock and evidenced by a Receipt.

  • Class B Preferred Stock means the Class B preferred stock, nominal value $1,000, of the Company.

  • Preference Shares means the Preference Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Preference Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.

  • Class B Common Shares means class B common shares of a nominal or par value of US$0.00001 each in the capital of the Company having the rights provided for in the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and any shares into which such class B common shares may be converted.

  • Class B Warrants means Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Class B Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and shall expire five years from the date of issuance unless previously exercised in full, in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
