Trade211 means the trading platform trade name owned by Hooya Plus Capital Inc., incorporated in Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia with a registration number of LL18462. Hooya Plus Capital Inc. is authorized and regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) and has a License number MB/23/0121 to carry on Labuan Money Broking Business. “Scalping” shall mean the form of trading strategy through which the Client performs and/or tries to perform numerous transactions within a very short time (for example up to two minutes) or buying at Bid price and selling at Ask price, so as to gain the Bid/Ask difference.
