Trade Warranties definition

Trade Warranties means the trade warranties, including warranties against defects and warranties of fitness for purpose, provided by the Sub-contractors and specified in the Form of Agreement, and any and all usual and customary trade warranties from the Sub-contractors.

Examples of Trade Warranties in a sentence

  • Subject to the preceding sentence and subject to the American Institute of Trade Warranties, Time Charterer shall have the full use of the Vessel and may employ the Vessel as required to perform this Time Charter in any part of the world and in such lawful trades as Time Charterer may direct.

  • If Vessel is sent beyond the limits of American Institute Trade Warranties or Institute Warranties (as applicable) under this Charter Party, the Charterer agrees to reimburse the Owner for the actual extra cost of additional premia and/or increased deductible levels, to the extent incurred, properly assessed by the Vessel’s marine insurance underwriters and payable by the Owner, which extra cost is occasioned by the Vessel’s trading beyond such limits.

  • The exclusions established by the Vessels’ leading Hull Underwriters, Institute Warranties, American Institute Underwriter and the American Institute Trade Warranties will form part of this Agreement.
