Trade Transactions definition

Trade Transactions means transfer of the ownership of a security on the secondary market resulting from a purchase or sale of the security;
Trade Transactions means collectively, the Purchase Transaction and the Sale Transaction;
Trade Transactions means any transaction or related transaction which is the subject of any trade-related service provided by the Bank to the Customer and includes, without limitation, financing, discounting, lending or other financial accommodation of whatsoever nature made available by the Bank to the Customer in relation to any such transaction; and
