Trade Stand definition

Trade Stand means the space allocated by the Organiser for the Exhibitor to exhibit at the Show
Trade Stand means the trade stand allocated to the Supplier in accordance with the Application.

Examples of Trade Stand in a sentence

  • Separately the Supplier shall be invoiced by Glasgow Life should any rubbish be left at the Trade Stand following conclusion of the Event.

  • The Trade Stand must not be closed and/or dismantled before the end of the Event as advised by Glasgow Life on each of the Event Dates.

  • If the Supplier leave any items behind within the Location, Trade Stand or surrounding area including, but not limited to, waste, furniture, structures or equipment the Supplier will be charged a Litter Fee and invoiced by Glasgow Life.

  • The Supplier shall not play music within the Trade Stand, serving area or anywhere else within the Location.

Related to Trade Stand

  • Trade Sale means any of the following events:

  • Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, conditions and Service Guarantee Payments as set out in Schedule 1;

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Uniform standard means a standard adopted by the Commission for a Product line, pursuant to Article VII of this Compact, and shall include all of the Product requirements in aggregate; provided, that each Uniform Standard shall be construed, whether express or implied, to prohibit the use of any inconsistent, misleading or ambiguous provisions in a Product and the form of the Product made available to the public shall not be unfair, inequitable or against public policy as determined by the Commission.
