Trade Net definition

Trade Net means the EDI network system or such other electronic system operated by an organisation approved by the Minister for the secure transmission of electronic declarations trade documentation and related transactions in connection with the import or export of goods under the Act and with the making of entries in respect of excisable goods under the Excise Act and for payment of duty, Excise duty and taxes.

Related to Trade Net

  • Trade Names means trade names, brand marks, trade dress, brand names, logos and all other names and slogans or product goodwill for which no trademark registration has been obtained and for which no application is pending.

  • Trade Name means the name of the Hotel set forth in the Addendum.

  • public works contract means any agreement between any individual, firm or corporation and the State or any political subdivision of the State other than a municipality for construction, rehabilitation, conversion, extension, demolition or repair of a public building, highway or other changes or improvements in real property, or which is financed in whole or in part by the State, including, but not limited to, matching expenditures, grants, loans, insurance or guarantees.

  • Significant Industrial User (SIU) means any industrial user that:
