Trade Data definition

Trade Data means any and all data and/or information submitted by the Contracting Party to the ICE NGX Clearing Systems, the ICE Trading Platform and/or the ICE NGX Trading System (including, but not limited to bids and offers for Transactions and all information related to Transactions entered into by Contracting Party through the ICE NGX Clearing Systems, the ICE Trading Platform and/or the ICE NGX Trading System);
Trade Data means trade related information and statistics on trade;
Trade Data has the meaning set out in Clause 2(a).

Examples of Trade Data in a sentence

  • BNPP PB is further authorized to undertake to resolve any unmatched trade report received by it from an Executing Broker; however, Customer shall remain responsible for the ultimate resolution and BNPP PB shall have no responsibility with respect to Trade Data not correctly transmitted to it on a timely basis by any person or entity.

  • Coinbase agrees that (i) it will use unaggregated and attributable Client Data in compliance with applicable law and regulatory requirements, and (ii) it will not use unaggregated and attributable Client Trade Data to develop, facilitate the development of, or reverse engineer algorithms for the detection of the trading strategy or algorithms used by Client in the execution of Client Data.

  • The Supplier will be responsible for any charges and/or damage suffered by the Customer due to missing or inaccurate data Export Control and Foreign Trade Data.

  • Participant will not use or disclose Trade Data to anyone the extent that the counterparty is directly or indirectly identifiable.

  • In case of any change in the origin and/or the characteristics of the Product and Service provided and/or the applicable Regulations of International Trade, the Supplier will update the Customer with the Export Control Data and Foreign Trade Data in writing, without delay and in any case no later than two weeks before the date of delivery.

  • Platform Provider reserves the right to manipulate, use, license and sublicense such Trade Data, in its sole discretion, provided that Platform Provider will not identify Participant as the source of Trade Data except in connection with Trades as permitted under this Agreement and with Participant’s use of the Service.

  • Sandvik shall make available its Supplier Trade Data Guideline upon request.


More Definitions of Trade Data

Trade Data means information relating to orders that are (i) [**].
Trade Data means merchandise trade statistics, merchandise trade information, and merchandise trade data for one or more countries as specified in Section II below.
Trade Data means the Trading Advisor’s strategies, trading systems or programs, mathematical models, simulated results, simulation software, price or research databases; trades, positions, and performance data other than any information regarding the trades, positions or performance data relating to the Master Fund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Trade Data shall not include any information that (i) is required to be disclosed to investors or the public under applicable law, (ii) in respect of performance information, is provided to M▇▇▇▇▇▇ L▇▇▇▇ advisors or clients for performance periods no less frequent than weekly, or (iii) is at a level of detail used by the Trading Advisor in its own disclosure, marketing or manager commentary materials (which shall in no circumstances include portfolio positions).
Trade Data. Disputes Any dispute arising out of differences relating to trade data shall first be referred to customs and excise authorities of Member States for resolution. Should the customs authorities fail to resolve such a dispute or difference within thirty (30) days or such longer period as the Member States may agree then any Member State to the dispute shall refer the matter to the Council. Article 37 Timing of Payments Payments shall be made on the first day of each quarter of a financial year to all Member States from the Common Revenue Pool in accordance with Articles 33 and 34. Article 38 Industrial Development Policy 1. Member States recognise the importance of balanced industrial development of the Common Customs Area as an important objective for economic development.

Trade Data. You acknowledge that we own any and all trade data generated from the trading conducted by you with us (the “Trade Data”); subject to any and all rights or obligations under this Agreement, the Trade Data shall not be used in a manner that (a) allows access by a third party to any personally identifiable information about you or (b) is manifestly detrimental to any of your interests. We shall retain ownership of the Trade Data and may license the use thereof, in our sole discretion, to our Associates or to other persons. You will not acquire any such right, title or interest and to the extent that such right, title or interest therein first vests in you by operation of law or otherwise you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally assign to us throughout the world without reservation or encumbrance all such right, title and interest in and to all such Trade Data, and improvements to and modifications of them without the requirement of further payment.

Related to Trade Data

  • Transaction Data is anonymized or aggregated data which has had all personally identifiable information removed.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • GLO Data means any data or information, which includes PII and/or SPI as defined below, collected, maintained, and created by the GLO, for the purpose of providing disaster assistance to individuals, that Provider obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto. GLO data does not include other information that is lawfully made available to the Provider through other sources.

  • Computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;
