Trade Coordinator means an employee appointed as such after undergoing a merit based selection process. Trade Coordinator positions are only established after the workplace has achieved the required restructuring outcomes. A workplace shall as a maximum only have 2 of the 3 types of supervisory positions i.e.; Trade Manager, Trade Coordinator or Leading Hand.
