TRACTABLE COMPOUND definition

TRACTABLE COMPOUND means a Compound that, in the reasonable determination of the JRC during the Research Term, or, with respect to Compounds directed to Extendable Unselected Targets identified during any Extension Period, in the reasonable determination of GSK, meets the criteria in Exhibit 1.65.
