Tracking Services means Seller Parties’ Brand Monitor services (based on the same as or substantially similar capabilities and specifications thereof as of the Closing).

Tracking Services means monitoring of the Youth including, but not limited to, curfew checks, school attendance, employment obligations, court appearances, compliance with court ordered expectations, electronic monitoring devices, movement of Youth, possible infractions of rules and procedures.
