Advertiser may not use the Tracking Mechanisms for any purpose other than publication in the Advertising or on the related website during the term of the Services.
Advertiser’s privacy policy must comply with all current privacy or data protection laws and must include a statement that Advertiser and third parties may collect from end users of the Advertising and/or related website (via Tracking Mechanisms, as defined below) the End User Information as described below.
As applicable to the Product or Service, Advertiser authorizes and gives full and unconditional permission and consent to Publisher to install, implement, use, and enable, as applicable, in any Advertising or related website or application, certain Tracking Mechanisms, and to permit Publisher to collect, use and store End User Information collected via the Tracking Mechanisms, individually or collectively, with respect to one or more End Users.

Advertiser authorizes Publisher Parties to collect (including through use of Tracking Mechanisms (as defined in the Product Terms), disclose, and use data concerning the delivery of Advertising, individuals’ interactions with Advertising, and the performance and receipt of the Services in accordance with Publisher’s Privacy Policy and the applicable Product Terms, both located at ▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇.
Advertiser agrees to cooperate with Publisher as required to enable the Tracking Mechanisms.
The URL referenced in Section 7.1.2 (Tracking Mechanisms) shall be changed to ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/xw/en/yahoo/privacy/enterprise/pixelandcustomaudience/index.html.
Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Affiliate shall immediately cease all marketing and promotion of the Services, discontinue all use of the Trademarks, delete all Tracking Mechanisms and Content from the Affiliate Site(s), disable all Approved Links and destroy all marketing materials that contain the Approved Links or Content.
