Stock Ownership means any direct or indirect ownership of Stock, including any ownership by virtue of application of constructive ownership rules, with such direct, indirect, and constructive ownership determined under the provisions of Section 382 of the Code and the regulations thereunder.
Percentage Stock Ownership means the percentage Stock Ownership interest of any Person or group (as the context may require) for purposes of Section 382 of the Code as determined in accordance with the Treasury Regulation § 1.382-2T(g), (h), (j) and (k) or any successor provision.
Individual Account means an Account payable to or on the order of one Account Holder while that Account Holder remains living. Account Holder agrees that Bank shall pay to or on the order of Account Holder, or Account Holder's Agent, until Bank receives a certified copy of a death certificate verifying the death of Account Holder and Bank has had a reasonable opportunity to act on such information. Upon certification of the death of Account Holder, no deposits will be accepted to the Account, no checks will be paid on the Account and the Account will not be released until Bank has been presented with satisfactory documentation to determine, in Bank's discretion, what the proper distribution of the Account should be.
Unit owner means a declarant or other person that owns a unit, or a lessee of a unit in a leasehold common interest community whose lease expires simultaneously with any lease the expiration or termination of which will remove the unit from the common interest community, but does not include a person having an interest in a unit solely as security for an obligation. In a condominium or planned community, the declarant is the owner of any unit created by the declaration. In a cooperative, the declarant is treated as the owner of any unit to which allocated interests have been allocated until that unit has been conveyed to another person.
Contribution Account means an account, or accounts, into which the Accountholder and employer contributions are deposited by the TPA, and from which HSA dollars are swept into the Cash Account.
