Track area definition

Track area means track and includes the racetrack and surrounding area to any external boundaries, which have been clearly defined as an area prohibited for access by unauthorized persons.

  • Slum area means any area where dwellings predominate which, by reason of depreciation, overcrowding, faulty arrangement or design, lack of ventilation, light or sanitary facilities, or any combination of these factors, are detrimental to the public safety, health or morals.

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.
