  • NOTE: Because an approved leave of absence from training may affect participants’ eligibility for TRA weekly benefits, case managers must coordinate and share the temporary leave details with the TRA Payment Unit.

  • Any reference to a TRA Payment in this Agreement includes a reference to Default Rate Interest accrued with respect to the TRA Payment (if any).

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, neither the Transfer Agent nor the Holders shall be required to return any previously made TRA Payment or any other payment made hereunder.

More Definitions of TRA Payment

TRA Payment means any amount payable by a Public Parent under a Tax Receivable Agreement, other than any TRA Early Termination Payment.

TRA Payment means any payment made to a TRA Party (as defined in the TRA) under the TRA.
TRA Payment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.06(f).
TRA Payment is defined in Section 5.1 of this Agreement.
