TRA Information Form definition

TRA Information Form means the information form that Holders of Allowed TCEH First Lien Secured Claims must complete and timely submit to receive the Spin-Off TRA Rights (if any) or the Taxable Separation TRA Rights (if any), as applicable, which shall be reasonably acceptable in form and substance to the TCEH Supporting First Lien Creditors and included in the Plan Supplement.
