TPSS means a facility at which the medium voltage, alternating current from a utility provider’s primary supply system is transformed and rectified to the low voltage direct current power for LRVs.

  • If University determines that Contractor failed to implement the HSP in good faith, University, in addition to any other remedies, may report nonperformance to the TPSS in accordance with 34 TAC Sections 20.101 through 20.108.
