TPSP definition

TPSP means those third party service providers engaged by Autobooks to facilitate provision of the Services or to provide all or a portion of the Services on behalf of Autobooks. For purposes of this Agreement Xxxx Xxxxx & Associates, Inc. shall be considered a TPSP.
TPSP means a Driver and/or an operator associated with us offering the service of transporting Customers within the City of Operation as requested by the Customer on the Application.

  • User authorizes FI to disclose to Autobooks, and authorizes Autobooks to disclose to any TPSP, any information requested by Autobooks in connection with the approval process.

  • Autobooks may immediately and without notice suspend or terminate provision of the ACH Services to User if Autobooks or its TPSP, in their sole discretion, believe provision of such Services would be, or that User is engaged in activity that is, illegal or reasonably likely to cause material liability.

  • To the extent any such hardware is acquired or leased from Autobooks or a TPSP, User shall be required to accept and execute a corresponding purchase or lease agreement and related documentation and the end user license agreement with regard to the firmware or software programs incorporated into such hardware.

  • Autobooks shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of god, war, terrorism, riots, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, shortages, communication outages, and the actions of FI or any TPSP.

  • Each TPSP has the right to enforce directly against User the terms of this Agreement which relate to those Services performed by such TPSP and/or the ownership and protection of the intellectual property rights of such TPSP and its licensors.

  • Autobooks may immediately and without notice suspend or terminate provision of the Check Services to User if Autobooks or its TPSP discovers that User has violated any of the restrictions set forth in this Exhibit B, including but not limited to operating in or engaging in activity in a prohibited category.

  • Autobooks makes no representation or warranty with regard to any such hardware, even if on Autobooks’ approved hardware list or if such hardware is purchased from Autobooks or its TPSP, and User understands that it is purchasing all hardware solely “as is”.

  • In no event shall Sub-Merchant use a TPSP unless such TPSP is compliant with PCI and/or the Payment Application Data Security Standard (“PA-DSS”), depending on the type of TPSP, as required by the Operating Rules.

More Definitions of TPSP

TPSP has the meaning given in Section 6.4.
TPSP means a third party service provider with which Sub-Merchant or WorkWave has entered into a direct agreement related to a Service. For clarity, none of WorkWave, Acquirer, Bank or any Associations are considered TPSPs of Sub-Merchant for purposes of this Agreement. APPENDIX 1 PAYMENT CARD PROCESSING WorkWave will provide, and Sub-Merchant will receive, the Payment Card Processing services indicated in the applicable Purchase Order or Application, as described in this Appendix 1, as may be amended from time to time by WorkWave. Sub-Merchant agrees that the terms and conditions of this Appendix 1 and the General Terms of the Agreement will apply to all Payment Card Processing services that Sub-Merchant receives from WorkWave, and that no other agreements or understandings related to such Payment Card Processing services will apply unless otherwise agreed in writing by WorkWave.
TPSP s System" means the hardware or software operated by TPSP in offering the TPSP Services.
TPSP means a program, pursuant to 45 CFR 155.240, by which the Marketplace assists Indian tribes, tribal organizations, and urban Indian organizations to remit QHP premiums on behalf of Qualified Individuals subject to the terms and conditions determined by the Marketplace.

Related to TPSP

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • PSP or “PSPs” means the State’s IT Policies, Standards and Procedures. “SSAE” means Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements.

  • ESP means the Company’s Executive Savings Plan.

  • MOC means the Ministry of Coal, Government of India.

  • EDSP means the Exchange Delivery Settlement Price and has the meaning attributed to it in Rule PPPP.5.

  • DPSP means a deferred profit sharing plan within the meaning of the Tax Act;

  • MPC means Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

  • energy storage means, in the electricity system, deferring the final use of electricity to a moment later than when it was generated, or the conversion of electrical energy into a form of energy which can be stored, the storing of such energy, and the subsequent reconversion of such energy into electrical energy or use as another energy carrier;

  • VIP means those persons identified by USATF from time to time, as requiring special preferred treatment during the Championships.

  • distribution system operator means a natural or legal person responsible for operating, ensuring the maintenance of and, if necessary, developing the distribution system in a given area and, where applicable, its interconnections with other systems and for ensuring the long-term ability of the system to meet reasonable demands for the distribution of electricity;

  • Forest management plan means a written plan prepared and signed by a qualified forester that prescribes measures to optimize production, utilization, regeneration, and harvest of timber. The forest management plan shall include a schedule and timetables for the various silvicultural practices used on forestlands, which shall be a maximum of 20 years in length. A forest management plan shall include all of the following:

  • ESPD means the European Single Procurement Document completed by the Contractor and sent to the Authority on 27th March 2019

  • STI means sexually transmitted infection;

  • LSD means lysergic acid diethylamide.

  • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Digital Health has the meaning ascribed to it in the Accountability Agreement and means the coordinated and integrated use of electronic systems, information and communication technologies to facilitate the collection, exchange and management of personal health information in order to improve the quality, access, productivity and sustainability of the healthcare system;

  • SRS means the scheme referred to by the Ministry of Finance as the Supplementary Retirement Scheme or such other scheme as shall replace or supersede the Supplementary Retirement Scheme from time to time.
