TPS Fees shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.2(a).
Examples of TPS Fees in a sentence
Any TPS Fees, including the Franchise Application Fee, previously charged by ▇▇▇▇▇ MT to Seller in connection with any monthly accounting for the Hotel shall be paid to Seller by Purchaser at the Closing, unless ▇▇▇▇▇ MT has paid such sums to Seller prior to the Closing.
