TPR Financial Statements definition
TPR Financial Statements means the consolidated balance sheets of TPR and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2000 and November 14, 2001, together with the notes thereon as prepared by TPR (the "TPR Balance Sheets") and the consolidated income statements and consolidated cash flow statements of TPR for the twelve month and nine month periods then ended as prepared by TPR, each as previously delivered to WPS Ltd. and attached hereto as Exhibit F.
