TPOC definition

TPOC means temporary point of compliance.
TPOC means the Technical Point of Contact. The person, who has been designated by the Contracting Officer to monitor the awarded Contractor's compliance within this related PWS. The TPOC further monitors Contractor performance and reports directly to the Contracting Officer. The TPOC can direct the Contractor to perform duties within the scope of this PWS, but only the Contracting Officer (not the TPOC) shall authorize additional work outside the scope. The TPOC will be a member of MIST-KE.

Examples of TPOC in a sentence

  • Copies of the approved SAAR-N forms may be obtained through the designated SAAR-N Government Sponsor or TPOC.
