  • Upon a Change of Control of TPHL or of the Company, the provisions of Articles II, III, IV, V and VI applicable to the Company shall terminate immediately.

Related to TPHL

  • OMHA means Ontario Minor Hockey Association (or such other name as the OMHA may in the future legally adopt);

  • Nonpoint source means a land management activity which contributes to runoff, seepage or percolation which adversely affects or threatens the quality of waters of this state and which is not a point source under s. 283.01 (12), Stats.

  • Nonpoint source pollution means pollution such as sediment, nitrogen, phosphorous, hydrocarbons, heavy metals, and toxics whose sources cannot be pinpointed but rather are washed from the land surface in a diffuse manner by stormwater runoff.
