TPF Investments definition
TPF Investments means TPF Investments Proprietary Limited (previously known as Thynx Industrial One Proprietary Limited), registration number 2005/029033/07, a limited liability private company duly incorporated in the Republic of South Africa; 2.1.34 "Transfer Date" means the date of registration of transfer of the Property into the name of the Lessor; 2.1.35 "VAT" means Value-Added Tax charged in terms of the provisions of the VAT Act; and 2.1.36 "VAT Act" means the Value Added Tax Act 89 of 1991.
